Description:
Adult diaper machine mainly produces disposable diaper and economic diaper products used by mild, moderate or severe incontinence patient. It is controlled automatically in production and does not need to be shut down or reduce the speed to change the rolls. With the automatic deviation device, the adult diaper machinery picks out the defects automatically. The machine is automatically controlled by PLC and the drive is controlled by variable frequency. The operating desk is controlled by the touch screen. Man-machine conversation interface is designed in the operating terminal to realize figure digitalized control. Safety device is equipped on the operation panel. The adult diaper machine can produce different types of products according to the customers' requests. The color is appointed by clients. We use plywood pallets with plastic film for packaging and container for delivery.

Features of Adult Diaper Machinery:
1. Fluff core uses double moulds forming or aggregating unit.
2. The adult diaper machine is equipped with frontal waist tape, side waist tape, elastic waist tape and elastic rubber for leg mechanism.
3. Tri-folded are arranged to be output.
4. Hot-melt applicator is set in front of the machine. The bridge style makes it easy to feed the glue and control the temperature.
5. The adult diaper machine has non-woven top sheet, PE film back sheet, frontal tape and side tape devices.
6. Adult diaper machinery adheres to form elastic ribbon for side leakage proof.
7. The diaper will be output in line and easy for packing.
8. The machine wallboard is processed by the large gantry milling machine.
